We have specialised in the preparation of fresh brassicas and have invested in specialist machinery in order to achieve this. As a result we can offer many different specification dependent upon individual customer requirements. We have a flume wash in place enabling us to offers a washed product. We are able to bag the prepared produce in sizes from 300g up to 3kg.
